Maxime has more than 10 years of experience in graphic design and web development. He holds a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from Shanghai Jiao Tong University（上海交通大学）and graduated from a top engineering school in France: Ecole Centrale Lille. At the beginning of 2007, Maxime decided that he was fed up with the cog-like atmosphere of web & software development; thus, Ekohe was founded. Today, Maxime works as a web developer and manages Ekohe. When Maxime isn’t working—which is just about never—he travels the world. Every holiday, he finds himself somewhere new to explore.

Originally from Tianjin, China, Maggie moved to Shanghai in 2002 for academic purposes, graduating from Fudan University with a degree in tourism management. She started her career as a naming consultant at a branding agency. She joined Ekohe in 2008, starting with 4 others in product testing, web-strategy consulting, and project management. In 2014, she grew along with her brilliant team and was promoted to managing director of Ekohe Shanghai. Soon after, she became the COO, ensuring that our global offices are growing and developing as expected. Maggie has over 10 years experience in market research, branding & digital consulting, project management, business exploration, and team management.

Tiphaine hails from the amazing city of London, where she majored in multimedia technologies at the University of Greenwich. She was completely in love with the city, but decided that she was ready for change and set off to discover Asia. Shortly after, she joined the Ekohe family as a savvy project manager, and has since moved on to Head of Project Management Office. These days, Tiphaine acts as an expert in juggling schedules, scope, and contracts, while deftly handling client concerns. She greatly enjoys working with people and leads her team with cohesion and passion. In her free time, Tiphaine dreams about a singing career; all her colleagues are still in awe of her amazing performances during Karaoke.

Keira graduated from Carnegie Mellon University where she learned first things about machine learning. This subject matter soon became her career. She has 5 years experience of experimenting with machine learning models and tailoring them to help with real-world business problems. In her free time, she has a keen interest in reading about various topics and the most recent one is interior design.

Originally from Chongqing, Joey graduated from Glasgow School of Art with a master's degree in design innovation. She is very creative and always has a ton of innovative and original ideas. With a background in science and engineering, Joey is also very conscientious. She has always been interested in UX and visual design, so it's no surprise that she decided to become a UI/UX designer.
