Virginie Desroche

Originally from Normandy, France, Virginie graduated in cell biology and plant physiology, which she was passionate about. Since then, she developed in her professional career a solid experience and expertise in operations, projects, and customers management. She worked for companies ranging from startups to multinational groups, and across various functions and countries. She moved in Asia in 2009 with her 3 kids and has been enjoying life for 3 years in Japan followed by 8 years in Singapore and came back in Japan beginning of 2020. Focused, accountable and results driven, she absolutely enjoys working with people and is animated by passion and curiosity. Fostering efficiency of cross-functional and multicultural teams is also one of her strengths. In her free time, she looks at discovering the gorgeous and fabulous country side of Japan with her friends, on foot, by bicycle, ski or motorbike.
