Responsibilities

  1. Respond to visitors, answer phones/intercom, and correspond with external agencies
  2. Manage inventory of office supplies, schedule of delivery and office cleaning
  3. Keep office calendar updated and announce office events and national holidays to team
  4. Support administrative things of team including translation
  5. Manage member’s work time and holidays
  6. Proceed various applications from change of address to VISA renewal
  7. Keep updated team the latest labour related information
  8. Plan and manage office events both mandatory health checkup and parties for fun
  9. Support recruitment process and administration
  10. Keep books regularly
  11. Pay bills
  12. Check accounts receivable

Skills

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Organized, flexible and considerate
  3. Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft, Google and Apple
  4. Having courtesy, business manner, and awareness of legal compliance
  5. Native level of Japanese and business level of English
  6. Work experience in general affairs, labour affairs, human resource or any other similar section
  7. Bachelor of education
  8. Not necessary but a plus: experience of bookkeeping, labour law, and team building
