Maverick's first exposure to coding was in the Eastern Bloc on a Commodore 64. After traveling to the land of maple syrup, Maverick fixed a lot of people's computers, got an Engineering degree and did some PHP, a little Perl, Haskell, too much Visual Basic, J2EE, C#.Net, Ruby on Rails and finally Objective-c.  Maverick thinks less is more, prefers simple robust practical solutions and likes getting things done.  He has has lofty dreams of making Arab money and one day being good with computers.

His idol is MacGyver.
