That adds up to hundreds of documents per company, in multiple formats, often in Japanese. Compiling all of it into coherent, accurate reports for limited partners, in both English and Japanese, required enormous manual effort.

Ekohe built the solution from the ground up. Portfolio documents, whether PDFs, spreadsheets, Word files, images, or zip archives, are uploaded directly into the system. The pipeline extracts raw content and processes it through an AI layer that identifies and structures key events: funding rounds, acquisitions, leadership changes, partnerships, and more. Each event is timestamped, sourced, and linked back to its original document.

The system then groups events by quarter and generates bilingual summaries in both English and Japanese for each portfolio company, alongside visual timelines giving the Shizen Capital team an immediate, chronological view of every significant development across their portfolio.
